overall height 17 vs 18

when changing from 17inch wheels to G35 18 inch wheels with stock size tires, Is there any adjustments needed to prevent speedometer error etc?

If you stay with the stock tire sizes of 225/45/18 in front and 245/45/18 in back, no adjustment will be necessary. If you'll be running 8" wide wheels, you could go for 245/40/18 in front and 245/45/18 or 255/45/18 in back, and reduce the understeer, for a better handling automobile. No adjustments need be made with these sizes.
