Little help with what rim size to get

I'm going to get some work varianza t1s for my 03 coupe, but I don't know what size I should get. Should I go with 19s or 20s? I'm leaning more tomward the 19's. I have brembos so I'm not sure about my offsets. Would this be ok?

19x9 - front +30mm offset
19x10 -rear +30mm offset

My car is stock suspension and it will stay that way. I will also be installing a ST kit in the near future and it would be good to have some traction in 1st - 3rd gears. Should I go wider than 10s in the back?

Thanks

the widths/size are fine, the offsets IMO are a little shallow, maybe something closer to 20mm would be better.

i have 18's with a 25 offset and its still a little inward on the same widths.

19s will give you a little more sidewall than 20s, so the ride will be smoother
