wheel and tire opinions and question

Well my buddy found these wheels and thought I might like them. I am somewhat new with upgrading wheels and tires so I am looking for opinions and fitment answers. Excuse the newbie questions but I did a little searching trying to learn more but only managed to confuse myself lol

As far as the wheels go I am wondering if they are a direct bolt up and the correct offset to be flush with the fender. It's an 04 coupe on stock suspension for the time being and does not have Brembo brakes.

As far as the tires go I am looking for a combination of performance and a good treadwear. Which of these tires would be optimal for what I would like:

Hankook Ventus Sport K104: 245/35/20 and 275/35/20
Nitto Nt555: 245/35/20 and 275/35/20 or 245/35/20 and 285/30/20
Toyo Proxes T1r: 245/35/20 and 285/30/20

whatever you do, you should run 245/30/20 or 255/30/20F and 275/30/20 or 285/30/20R, not 245/35/20 fronts. That sized tire doesn't match the OEM tire diameter very well

Looks like the wheels have the right offset, but you'll have to opt for a closer to OEM diameter tire it would seem.
