how to tell wat offset a rim needs to be to fit over brembos

i have a rim question...what would be the minimum offset i could use to fit a rim around the brembo brakes? i found rims that are 18's 5x114.3 with a 45 offset and 8.5 wide anyone know of a website to help or how to measure if they would fit...thanks

Offsets of the wheels don't determine if a wheel will clear the calipers overhang or not. Only the design of the wheel will determine if it clears.

Only the wheel manufacturer will know if it clears or not. Or you could try actually mounting the wheel and see if it rubs the caliper. And if it does rub you could always use spacers.
