I left a deposit with you guys and I was told that my SF Challenge Wheels and Toyo Tires would be in May 5th, next time I called it was May 15th and now on May 12th I read that they will be in a few weeks. What is going on? It would have been nice to receive an e-mail letting me know the new delivery status of my wheels.

i am kinda in the same boat(like our wheels[img]/w3timages/icons/mad.gif[/img])..i was told the GT-7 will be in late april, then early may,... then......then now they are waiting for my tires???[img]/w3timages/icons/shocked.gif[/img]....hopefully no more then....BUT, i dont think its mike's fault, he is kinda stuck in the middle, he has no control over the shipping time from japan....just hope i will receive them by next tuesday!!!

G3NUI5 I am glad that you received your wheels so quick But, the fact remains I have been waiting for my rims & tires for over a month. I understand Mike has no control over shipping from Japan. But, it would have been nice to receive an e-mail update or a telephone call once he found out that my order was not going to be on time, I have been waiting for a month. I have faith in RevHighOnline that they will rectify my situation when the time comes.

Do the Volk CE28N come in 19" Mercury Silver with the Diamond Cut Rim? Or how about Gunmetal with the Diamond Cut Rim?

 

i finailly received the wheels, BUT only got three of them(wtf)[img]/w3timages/icons/shocked.gif[/img], the fedex screw up, one missing wheel is somewhere in TX....hope you got yours alreday!

Guys I am 100% sure its not revhighs fault.

I own a shop here in Toronto and have heard the exact same thing from Mackin, they did hit a few bumps from their Japan side. Rays wheels are very popular world wide and they are often overwhelmed when it comes to filling orders during the peak season.

One more thing is that certain colours taking longer to produce simply because it is not as common.

My own 19 inch Gold GTCs took 3 months to get from Japan which I ordered in Nov and arrived Feb. Had I ordered Silver or GM I would have seen the wheels in early January. Now this is during low season.

So guys be patient, trust me its worth the wait.
