Need new tires for 2005 g35 coupe w/ 19" stock wheels
i have a 05 g35 coupe w/ the 19" stock wheels and about 25k miles on the car. i dont know much about tires but this is what i saw on my current ones:
front:
bridgestone potenza
225/40R19 89Y
rear:
bridgestone potenza
245/40R19 94Y
can anyone tell me what these numbers mean?
i went to the dealership for a oil change and they said i should replace the tires because the rear tires are at 1 32nd and the front ones are at 2 32nd. should i go ahead and replace all four of them at once or only replace the rears for now?
im not sure why i have different brand front/rear tires, since the car is stock but i did buy it used from a previous owner and she may have replaced the fronts?
i dont do any aggressive driving, dont track the car, i just want some good overall tires. any suggestions? also i live in california so theres no snow here, and rarely any rain.
whats the difference between the michelin pilot sports and pilot sports 2? looks like most people are saying the pilot sports 2 are the best tires, should i just go ahead and get those even though I dont care too much about performance?
thanks

so im looking at the michelin pilot sport ps2s and for the rear tires, at a lot of places i cant find the same load index as my stock rear tires ..
my stock rears are 225/40R19 94Y
the ones i find online are
245/40ZR-19 98Y XL B
is the 98 going to make a big difference compared to the 94? if so what kind of difference will i feel?
thanks
