Do spacers affect the driving on cars?Bought wheels with wrong offset.

I bought 19's from wheel dude and they were 30 offset and didn't fit my car since I have Brembos. Dumb *** me, forgot. What do you think I should do. Return them and loose money or Try to make them work? They told me I could use spacers, but someone told me, they make your car shake. Is that true? The rim is touching the caliper in the front and wont let the wheel sit on the hub right. Thanks for the help and suggestions.

Spacers

I work for Discount tire and depending on what kind of spacers you do it will cause your car to shake. If you get the spacers that just go on the hub than yeah it will shake your car, those cost like $15. Now if you get the spacers that directly bolt on to your hub than no your car will not shake, these spacer bolt directly onto your hub using your factory studs but providing studs on the spacers themselves that you bolt your wheel onto. The price on these spacers depends on the size and manufacturer.

Hubcentric spacers work fine. H&R is a good brand.
