They even make adapter kits if you want to change your 5x114.3 nissan to a porsche 5x130.
A simple google shopping search brings up a bunch, but I'm not sure what vendor here carries them...if they carry the sways or springs they should be able to get you the spacers as well.

H&R does make one with the studs built in but only in 25mm
Ichiba has a new line (version II) that have the studs built in

I've always gotten the Project Kics and been happy with those.
