19" Wheels on a 06 G35x - fitment help
Hi guys,
I purchased a one-owner 2006 G35x about a month ago. I've been reading this forum for a couple months, most recently about wheels. I'm looking for some 19" wheels for my sedan. I want to have all-season/summer tires on the 19"s and keep my stock 17" rims for winter tires (I travel back to the middle-of-nowhere PA for holidays, vacation, etc.).
I did a lot of searching but couldn't find any concrete answers about this for the X. Will 06 M45 19" sport rims fit on my X? I was looking to buy them new from here http://www.finishlinewheels.com/INFINITI/M45/2006/ or here http://www.hubcaphaven.com/mm5/merch...egory_Code=678.
I can't find if these rims are staggered front/rear or not. I've never had an AWD car before, so I'm not really sure what I'm doing. I'm not looking to lower the car anytime soon, but I do want it to look good. Do I need just 10mm spacers in the front, or 5mm all around, or 15mm all around? They don't need to be ultra-flush to the fender if it is going to cause rubbing issues. I don't want any fender rolling or that. I'd rather have them back a bit with no rubbing and no fitment problems.
Or would it just be easier to get some Tenzos? There's a dealer about an hour and a half from me I could check out in a week or so when I travel to my parent's house to do some work for them
Thanks guys!
