We've come in to the dealership with coupes sitting on blocks before. Needless to say, a FULL security system was installed, and all customers at our dealer now get wheel locks for free

I heard that they break it at the hub, and wheel locks can't stop that?

Messed up but true, if they want your wheels, they'll get them. Simple as that.

it sucks but i have 2 different sets of wheel locks on each wheel. they can still break the hub, but a lot more time consuming.

Bottom line is if they want them they will get them. Up here in the city most of the G's are beaten for the stock 19's. If we take a ride to a nearby town which is usually no more than 10 minutes away you will find them on older Maximas. Usually with the locks they just pop a "grip" socket on and twist them off.

Would something like Gorilla locks be better in this case? I don't think you can grip them with anything, considering they're designed in a unique way...

But I'm sure thieves can work tricks with a drill gun and still get em off.

I don't have wheel locks or an alarm system. If someone chooses to steal my car then they can. As long as i don't catch them in the act. Besides that's what insurance is for DUHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHh...

insurance works fine for you, you're stock. but a lot us who have modified our vehicles in some cases the insurance companies will not pay all of the modding we have done and we end up losing a lot of $$$.
