Everyone have different level of expectation and interest in their car. To some people, $500 is totally worth it and to others they are satisfied with just $50 lug nuts. Myself for example, I have spent $0 under the hood but plenty on exterior, while I seen people spent $10k+ on performace and exterior is looking stock.
