just bought some wheels, need help

i needed new tires for my OEM 19s, but they cost a little more than i plan to spend, so i went ahead and bought a new set of wheels. got a good deal for it so i went ahead and bought it. Previous owner had it on a stock 350z, so i assume it would be fine w/ mine. It has 35mm offset. size: 285/30z/20r (rear), 245/35z/20r (front). Will i have any problems with this? rubbing, etc... I'm riding stock... so its a little high. I was told that i need some spacers to make it right, or it might cause the suspension some problems. I have no clue what to make a good setup. Comments. thanks in advance.

those tires are way too huge, you should be running 245/30/20 and 285/30/20 instead
