Tire Wear Out

hey guys i have a problem with my tires wearing out super quick. im running 245/40/19 FRONT and 255/40/19 REAR and my rear tires literally completely wore out within 3k miles. what can be the problem? how do i fix this!? would spacers help the casue escpecially since the part of the tire that wears out is in part thats closest to the car meaning the inside.

Any help/suggestions/advise would be GREATLY appreciated.
Thanks

what are your current alignment settings? If you don't have them that would be where I would start

either you drive like a total idiot, or your alignment is badly badly off.

Maybe both.

Or you're running slicks/near slicks, but that's too unlikely

With expensive tires it makes economic sense to align every 3-6 months just as you demount and flip to rotate and rebalance every 90 days.................the cost of tires and tire mainteance are roughly equal.
