Sedan Wheel Question.. Urgent
(couldn't edit my prev post)
I have a chance for a deal on some wheels..... have to confirm by end of today!
Anyone know of any warrantee issues running a staggered wheel
set-up on a sedan?
I'm looking to go with a fairly mild set-up
- 225/45 x 18 fronts
- 245/40 x 18 rear
This works out to 3/10" diameter difference (or 1%).
Realistically I know this should be VDC & TC friendly, but I would
hate to have warrantee issues with Nissan.
It would be interesting to know if anyone has talked to Nissan about this.

FYI
I talked to 2 dealers re warranty.
They say no issues, unless damage is caused as a direct result
of fitment.
i.e. suspension damage due to evidence of rubbing etc.

There won't be any warranty issues running a staggered setup. There is almost no way you can rub in that setup unless you use some crazy offset And the size you're considering, using 255/40/18 for the rears would keep your overall diameter closer to stock. In fact, it would be almost identical to stock. I'm running 275/30/19 rears and 245/35/19 fronts, and no problems whatsoever.
