Does anyone know the minimum and maximum tire width that would fit on this wheel? I've seen packages that pair them with 245 but that just seems like the tire will be stretched out to fit the rim. I'm thinking 275 but just want to be sure.

You need to find the tire you want to buy and check its specs. it will give a rim width range. Because modern tires have steel belts, staying within the specified rim widths will not alter the overall tire diameter enough to matter.

Tire rack has specs for almost every tire that will fit the G.

 

I had 275's on my Z28 all the way around with 17X9.5 wheels. The SS's come that way, and Corvettes have 275's on the rear, with a 9.5in. wheel stock. They'll work great.
