I ordered my G35 sedan sight unsee because it wasn't at the dealer yet. I got the stock 17" crome wheel package because it was already on the car. When it got here it had these wheels on it. I've searched the forums but don't seem to see anyone else with these.


Which types are available in the wheel package?

Sorry to say, but those are unfortunately not genuine Infiniti wheels. Looks like where ever you bought the car from threw in a set of aftermarket wheels.

That's what I thought was weird also. They look alright in person but not exactly what I would have picked. I'm also concerned that they are not genuine Nissan/Infiniti. They DO have an Infiniti logo in the center.

Should I have a discussion with my dealer?

Yeah, the car is brand new. I'm not too upset about it. I paid for wheels when I didn't know that I had. Even though they aren't the nicest chrome wheels and not what I'd pick if I would have had a choice, I think they look better than stock. I'm not sure what the dealer would do. What are the choices for the factory chrome wheels? Are there a bunch to choose from?

 

i dont know if they have chrome wheels for the sedan, do they? I think they have the 5 and 6 spoke, IMO both look much better than your current ones. You dont even know what manufacturer made those wheels, they could be seom cheap rims that can bend real easily and you'll have to buy whole new set of wheels and tires. My suggestion would be to go back to the dealer immediatley and get the original infiniti wheels.
