Evan Tires did not tights any of my lugs nuts!!!
I am not sure if this is the right place to post, but Evans tires just replaced my breaks yesterday. And to find out, I was driving on the high way and felt a huge vibration. Come to find out, all of my lugs nuts were loose.
I am going back Monday to bring the car in and complain.
What kind of damage could be done and what should I say to them?
I feel like I should not have to pay for the labor that they charged me. Which was 70 dollars.
Any suggestions?

You're not the first....!
I took my Trans Am in for coil overs and waited while they were installed. I
was told the job was completed, paid and drove my car off the rack. The
driveway is about 50 yards from where I backed my car out of the tire shop.
Upon starting down the driveway both front wheel popped off and my front
end hit the street. Both front fenders and front end were destroyed,
I picked up all 10 lug nuts and threw them all at once in the tire shop office.
I don't recall exactly what I said at the time but I can guarantee it wasn't
repeatable....so consider yourself lucky you had no major damage!

All your studs, hubs, rims, etc. need to be checked AND NOT BY THEM! They will just tighten them back up and send you on your merry way. Go to the dealer and have them checked MONDAY!
I don't think I would even drive it until you get them checked. Have it flatbed towed to the dealer and send Evans the bill. If they don't pay take them to small claims court. The limit is now $10K
