Question on rim offset fitting

hey guys, i just got some 20x8.5 and 20x10 rims(guessing about a +10 or +15 offset all around, 4in lip front and 5in on the rear...) and im gonna drop on TEINS basics. I was planing on dropping my car as low as they can go with the TEINS, you think that will be low enough? also, how much fender rubbing you think i might run into? parts are coming in so i actually dont have them in hand yet. thanks for your input!

If you are going to slam it, more than likely your fenders will need to be rolled
