I am getting a new 6MT, and coming from a 2001 vette i know the winter fun these types of cars create. I dont care about looks I just want the best safety option for the winter, I have seen 17" ASA K3's w/various winter tires. Is there a cheaper rim alternative i can throw good 17" tires on (steel rims?) for the winter that fits the 6mt coupe (brembos)? Is 17" the lowest I can go? if so and i cant get cheap steel rims to fit 17" winter tires, ill get the 18" blizzaks.
