HELP! Need help with 20's ASAP!!

I ordered my 20's month and a half ago and the guy that ordered them along with mine came in today. His were for a Z and the rears are 20x10 with a four inch lip with non Brembo's. Symbolic called and suggested that I try the rims on my car first because my centers were almost done and they are getting ready to bolt up the hoop soon. He wanted to make sure the offset was right and that I could get away with a 3 1/2 in lip. We bolted one up to my car and they cleared my brembos but they stuck out like crazy!!! So the question is should I go with a 20x9.5 in the rear with a 3in lip? What are you guys running with 20's?? Thanks for the help!

Re: HELP! Need help with 20's ASAP!!

What's the offset and what kinda wheel are you doing?

I'm running 20x10.5 in the rear of my car and it sits pretty flush due to a +22 offset...the lip is about 3' inches, but that is because of the way the GT-C is designed.

Let me know what wheels are you doing and what the rear offset is and I could help you out.

They are the forged Symbolic SL-1 I dunno the offset but the centers are pretty much straight up and down. They dont bow out at all. I thought this might be the probelm. Thanks for trying to help! Heres a pic of them

I would find out the offset of the rear wheel. I'm not too experienced or knowledged with that line of wheel unfortunately, it looks like it's tuned towards Euro's though.

I think 20x10's are as wide as you want to go, you couldn't go wrong with the 9.5's, depends on the offset of course.
