Is there a difference in Bridgstone 050 & 040?

Is there a difference in Bridgstone 050 & 040?

I need 2) 245 45 18's. I currently have the Bridgestone RE050, but I've found a good price on 2) Bridgestone RE040's. Will there be a difference in the 2? They both are 140 treadwear.
