X Sedan rolling 18 x 9 +40?

X Sedan rolling 18 x 9 +40?

Would these clear the inner struts?

I'm thinking not unless i get a 10mm spacer to be the least.

current tires on it are 235/40/18 and 265/35/18, which i think would require me to roll fenders to aleast fit these.

I like these wheels but i dont think these would work. Just thought i confirm with you guys first.

i would run 18x8.5 with 245 all around but that's just me.

I'm looking at a set of used wheels so picking and choosing my offset and width is out of the question.... I agree i rather go with a 8.5 width and a 30-35 offset but if that was the case i wouldn't of posted this and would of bought the set.

I think they would 'work', but I wouldn't recommend them. The difference in tire size might throw somethings off.

turtle, I am running 8.5 x 18 by 42mm offset with no problem so you should be okay with 9 x 18 x 40mm offset.

Don't forget his tire sizes. Hes going to have a staggered rolling diameter and a staggered width (not as big a deal)

Well i'm going to go back to a non-staggered once the tires wear down. I'm just stating whats on the car now and also looking for an ideal tire size to go with. 235/40/18 seems like a good size all around.

They should clear the struts fine, front and rear. Whether or not it rubs will determine how much of a drop you have. But i doubt it will rub either way. When you replace all the tires, go with a 245/40 or 255/40/18 all around.

i'll be dropped on 350z revised suspension on a X, so roughly 1.5 all around.

the wheels are just an JDM old school OZ wheel,

I'm pretty sure you will clear the inside ok with those. A 10mm spacer will make the front rub on the outside.

Those should fit w/no problems. For reference I have 18x9.5 +38 wheels on 245/40/18 tires. The only thing added was a 3mm slip spacer for suspension clearance on the inside.

bowzer, 3mm all around or just fronts?

well for me to be at the same as you, i would need a 5mm right?

You sure you will be able to use a 350z suspension on your AWD?
