painting 19" rims

i wanna go from chrome to a black on my rims.. should i powdercoat ir or paint it? i dunno what to do

Powdercoat for sure. They will sandblast the chrome off and apply the powder from there.

ya powdercoat is the way to go , its really stong it will last a long time , depending on where you go to get them powercoated they can match the black you want, any shop has many different colors to choose from
