questions about mrr gt-1's

I'm looking to buy black 20" MRR GT-1's for my 03 coupe. I have the stock brembo brake kit and I've been told that these will clear the brakes. The front rims would be 20x8.5 with a +20mm offset and the back would be 20x10 and a +25mm offset.

What kind of other work would I need to do to make these fit (spacers, etc..)

Also, which tires would you guys recommend? I live in Vancouver, BC, so I guess something that runs well in wet conditions would be good. Which size tires should I be looking at for these rims?

If the face design and offset allow brake clearance, then you don't need anything else to install them.

my 19" with 35mm offset cleared only after a 10mm spacer on the front. You should be barely ok and might want spacer
