Chris- @ F1 motorsports pulled thru for me!

well fellas,

I started this thread b/c I want to give credit where credit is due! Props to Chris

Chris pulled thru for me!! You're NOT going to believe what he ended up doing. Chris has been keeping in contact with me every night this week. Last night, Chris calls me and tells me Im good to go & all is settled. I asked him what he ended up working out with HRS.

Chris ended up putting the "correct" set on his personal Credit card!! WTF! are you serious! If thats not customer service, I dont know what is.

If we go back a little, earlier I said that the original set has been bought & paid for by all parties. HRS was holding F1 accountable for paying for the new set (correct set) and that Aun was NOT willing to come out of pocket for the wheels. His case was that it wasnt F1's fault the wheels came in wrong and I was caught up right in the middle of that shyt.

So....Chris took it upon himself to pay the debt to HRS inorder to take care of his customer. [me]. Aun didnt want to do it. Why did it work out that way, I have no clue. Maybe it was indeed F1 who messed up the order. He promised he would get me my wheels and he by far exceed my expectations. He said he had to do what he had to do to get me my wheels!!! Chris is not the owner, nor does he even work there but he took it upon himself to take care of me. I dont know of ANYONE is this world that would do what he did. Now, thats some ***** effin' customer service right there!!

My wheels should arrive the first of second week of March. I cant thank Chris enough for what he did. One thing he did ask of me is to let everyone know that he is out to satisfy all his customers. This says alot of him as not only a business man but as an actual person himself. He's truly looking out for the customer. With that said, Chris is going to be working @ F1 until he recoops (sp.?) his money. They've got alot of inventory and he selling wheels @ super low prices. It wouldnt hurt to give him a shout-out if your in the market for some wheels. Speak to Chris and only Chris. Help him out if you could fellas.

That's what you call customer service!!! How much longer will Chris be working at F1? If he does move to another shop, tell him to keep us posted.

I asked him that. He basically said, he's gonna offer deals one as many sets as he can, make up the money he's out and then dip.

Im going to keep in touch with him from time to time. I'd like to know where he ends up as well. A guy like that keeps my business for life.
