Actually people do that because it is the closest you can get to the factory spec's.

35 in the front, and 30 in the rear is the way to go.

This is what I am going to be running...

245/35/20 Front
285/30/20 Rear

Does this combo pose any problems?
What about speedo?
What about bearing or steering problems?

Have an 03 Coupe...

This is completely false. 245/30/20 or 255/30/20 are much closer matches to the the OEM 225/45/18-225/40/19 size. A 245/35/20 is an inch taller than stock

I wouldn't run it...
245/30/20 or 255/30/20 are much better options. They match the OEM wheel diameter much better
