Will these fit? Help!

Hey all: I'm new to posting on this forum but have read a lot of helpful information. I need some fitment help. I have a 2004 G35 sedan with aero package. It now has stock 17 x 7 wheels. I have a chance to buy some used Maya STM wheels with tires for $1699. They are 19 X 8.5 with a +36 offset. I checked with tire rack. They said I need a +40 to a +45 offset. Can I go with a +36 offset? If not, where's the best place to get the Maya STM look in a good wheel at a reasonable price? Many thanks!

They are not staggered. 8.5 all the way around. No drop yet but may do so later.

I also have a line on a set of chrome Falken Torgue rims with BF Goodrich Scorhcers for $950. They are 19 x 8.5 all around with a +42 offset. Would these be a better fit? I don't like the look as much as the Maya STMs but I want to get the stock wheels off soon.
