I admittedly know very little about rims. A friend bought 18" ADR Sterlings (5X135) with a "10 offset" they don't fit his car and I was wondering will they fit on my G coupe (with Brembos)?? I was just going to keep my current 18 tires because they are basically new??? Help?

Those rims will NOT fit your G35, they are the incorrerct bolt pattern. The correct bolt pattern for the G35 is 5x114.5.
