Yokohama S-Drive or General Exclaim UHP

Please help decide!

The S-Drive will cost 130 bucks more for 4 tires. Are they worth the extra money?

I did research on the Exclaims, and they have a pretty good write up. I'm getting them for my rears within the next month.

I have the S-Drives, and I am very happy with them..They wore excellent, are quiet, and hold the road nicely.

General tires are garbage. I had some unfortunately, and they're noisy and grip is not that great. Get something else for sure.

I LOVE MY S Drives Too.. I think the were better than the Falkens that I first bought...
Also, the S Drives have softer and deeper treads...

Im riding on S-drives as well and have no complaints so far. I had bridgestone potenzas before and they wore out super fast.

Try some better tires and you can see for yourself.

I've heard this from many G35 owners. My friend just replaced his with the OEM Pilots and in a few thousand miles they are already starting to make the dreaded tire roar from the front tire issues. They were not cheap either.

Unfortunately for the S Drives, there are not alot of miles driven on the review site at tire rack to make a fair judgement call. I remember when the Avon 550s first came out, they were rated number 1. After many miles driven, their rating is not good. I tried them on my car and they were real crap. The price does seem right for the S Drives. At that price it's always worth a try. Our Coupes go through tires so fast, in a realtively short time you will know the real deal anyway.
