Is my 19" tire ratio too far off?

I've been running my 2003 with 245/35/19 and 275/35/19 for about two years and it is fine but i would like a little more sidewall on the rear.

I got some new rears 275/40/19. Would this size throw off anything other than the speedometer?

Any reason that I shouldn't run with that size rear and my prior fronts?

I know I've seen the 275/40/19 on a G before, but not sure if it was with the 245/35/19 fronts. I ran the wheel comparison sticky and the ratio seems to be off but I'm no expert and am not sure if I'm reading it right. There's a ton of pages on wheel size but I couldn't find my dilemma. Sorry if this has been posted but I'm a newbie.

Any help is appreciated. thanks

Ru
