Tire and wheel help

Hey guys, just bought a 04 g35 couge. It has OEM 19s with 235/40/19 front and 255/40/19 rear. The sidewall on the rears looks too big because the rim is too skinny. Eventually I would like to run 19 x 9.5 front and 19 x 10.5 rear, with maybe a 2 or 3 inch lip in rear. what should the tire width be on front and back for the 9.5 and 10.5 to have the same side wall and have a deciently low profile? and what should my offset be for a 2-3 inch lip (if possible without sticking out)??? My Galant had 18 x 7.5 with 225/40/18 and i liked the sidewall they had. Thanks in advance guys. Deff a n00b here. lol.
