How to get Michelin $70 rebate?

I would like to purchase a set of Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus tires for my 2004 G35 Sedan. I notice both Costco and Discount Tire advertise a $70 mail in rebate on Michelin tires expiring April 11 and April 4 respectively.

http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/fin...ns.do?pgid=207
http://tires.costco.com/TSSapp/TireLanding.xhtml

Is this rebate offered from the manufacturer? When I go to the tirerack.com or Michelin's own website, there is no mention of the rebate.

Thanks

Discount Tire has a rebate through them directly and Costco is a coupon

Just used the rebate as leverage with my local TireDiscounters to get them down $10 per tire.

So, I'm getting the 235/ZR50/17 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus for $219.95+tax each including alignment, lifetime balance/rotate/nitrogen inflation.

I'm happy with that.
