I have done some research here and there, and really can't turn up any concrete answer to my simple question... what make and model are these wheels?

So far I have fallen under the assumption that these are Volk wheels, and that the name either is or consist of "TE Progressive".

I have gone online to various Volk dealers websites looking at both current and discontinued models, ebay, and such, but can't get a confirmation as to make and model. I found many that look like them and at first sight could pass for them, but have been able to weed them out by that little metal clip like piece in between the blades of the wheel along the lip area. Any of you know which wheel this is and where it can be found?
