Wheel spacer help please

Um er somewhat embarrassing question. I bought these wheel spacers but to be honest I can’t figure out how they fit 

Any help other than go by bus?

You need to change out the studs in your hubs with the longer ones provided with the spacers. Then just slide the spacer onto the studs and then the wheel like you normally would.

I feel quite silly not thinking of that.
