i would call around your local shops.. when i had asked about this, they didnt mind dismounting the tires from the wheels, but they wanted to charge me $20 each tire to remount.

I tried to have my tires flipped due to uneven wear, but they wanted to charge me $20 a tire. So it sounds like that is the going rate.

Tire Factory around here said $10 per tire to unmount old and mount new tires if I bought them from somewhere else. They said they'd install the TPMS for free since it's basically just screwing them in.

$20 per sounds a bit high.

usually about 10-15 per tire

gotta figure, they gotta jack the car up, take wheel and tire off.
take tire off wheel. take out TPMS.

reinstall tire to wheel, in stall back on car

Anywhere from $10 to $25 per tire depending on shop.

don't they also have to rebalance the wheel+tire before installing it back onto the car?

its probably needed since the wheel weight after remounted maybe different from the way it was originally mounted on the wheel.
