Get the wheels refinished or powdercoated?

So while i was away this winter my sister drove my G without telling me and left salt on the wheels ... Needless to say the finish is coming off i went to a wheel place and they said that they would need to send them out and get them rechomed and it would run about 350$ a wheel or else they could powdercoat them any color. I have a Liquid Platinum G and i was thinking about getting the whole wheel powder coated satin black how do you guys think it would look?

I vote no. But thats just personal preference I guess. I'm not big on black rims.

Powdercoating will laugh at any future salt.

Is the poll a trick question, or did I miss YES = Powdercoat, NO = Refinish?

$350 a rim to refinish... Yikes!

How much did you pay for those rims when they were new?

I know it's too late for you to do this now, but I usually wax my rims so that they don't get as easily damaged by stuff like salt, tree sap, tar, and mud. I definitely recommend doing this in the future once you get your rims back to good condition.
