how to ship wheels and tires

Any recommendations for shipping wheels and tires from Fla to Tx? FedEx vs. UPS pricing and/or speed. Estimated costs? Thanks.

I shipeed my oem 19 inch rays and it was about $25 a wheel

my wheels were shipped to me with 4 layers of cardboard on either side and basically saran wrapped to hell
