G35 Coupe - What tire size should go on 20's?

I have an 03 G35 coupe and recently purchased rims: 20x8.5(F) and 20x10(R)... I plan on dropping it with Tein S with in the next year so What is a safe tire size to purchase?

255/30/20 and 285/30/20

I'd go with a 295 or a 305 in the rear. I have 19x8.5 in the front and just picked up some 255/35 and they look great.

I have a stock 07 coupe. If I install 20x8.5(f) & 20x10(r) would I need to adjust the camber?
