Scratched rims due to stupid curb at burger king.

So yes burger king is an idiot but so am I. I was trying to scoot closer to the lady at the window to pay I hear ssccrraaappppeeee.... *sigh* only the furthest outer ring of my stock rims are scratched only 1 rim to thank goodness. I was wondering is my G telling me it is time for some new rims or is there an easy remedy to maybe sand these babies down and repaint them? I will try to get some pics up tonight.

many people have sanded and painted their stockers, although it looks much better powder coated, and will last 100X longer =]. But new wheels always make up for the sadness after curbing your wheels =D

Time for new wheels. And if you can't drop the coin on a new set now, don't fix them... instead let them stay damaged and let it eat at your soul every time you see it. Let it fester and new wheels will become your biggest goal. Unless of course you have the forged 19" rays, then you may want to fix them as they are very nice wheels.

Dude I did the same thing last week. Except mine is scratched twice as bad. I was distracted by some hot chick in a business suit... I may get em sanded and repainted. Or go aftermarket, not sure yet.
