These tire are NOT for the average consumer. Look only if you are looking for the ultimate dry condition grip from a street tire

All of these are summer tires so what are the months/weather conditions these operate in? I live in the Hampton Roads area, VA....

No standing water, surface (road) temperatures over 40F.

Basically, summer months. These will have zero grip in snow, and if you're driving in heavy rain, you want to be careful. They are more susceptible to hydroplaning than a "all weather" tire.

Then it would be best to use an all season tire or run dedicated snows in the winter. Been caught in a light snow and heavy snow storm the tail end of winter with my summers on and it wasn't fun.

Gotcha...all seasons it will be...I have 22k on the stock Bridgestones, not sure how much longer they will last...
