actual rim width 1" wider???

so i go and measure my i-forged variants widths of supposedly 9.5 and 10.5 inches.

but... i measured like 10.5 and 11.5 inches with the measuring tape

can anyone explain?

you sure you're measuring correctly? another member here had the same problem and accused the seller of misinterpreting wheel info to him.
