New wheeels. need help

I was out getting tires and came home with new rims.

I am having some vibration issues so I'd like to order some hub centric rings. The problem is; I'm not sure who makes these wheels, hopfully you guys can help me out:

Important to test wheels without tires to make sure they meet or exceed OEM runout and balance specifications. Fix wheels then worry about tires.

TIS wheels in a 5x114.3 bolt pattern should be the standard 73.1mm bore. 66.1 to 73mm hubrings should do it for ya.
