Exclamation Front Tire Wearing Inside

I have my G lowered with Z S-tech Springs...It sits where I want, but already had to change the rear tires... and now the front tires in the inside are shot...I have camber kit in the rear but the front does not have anything.

The only part thats real bad in the front is the inside area... the rest looks fairly good.

What can I do to prevent early tire wear in the front? What parts do I need to adjust it correctly?

Also any camber adjustment recommendations? I think the ppl I got it done through put the car in the stock settings but the car is lowered so I know the settings should be different...

Thanks!

You need upper control arms; there are kits out there that allow you to adjust the camber.

Check out the vender sale section for deals on the arms.

You definitely need a front camber kit.

SPC or SPL front camber kit would do you a world of good.

I'd first verify if your toe is in spec.....then get it in spec and see how much your camber is off in the front. If too much, then seek out upper A arms. Cusco, SPC/SPL would do the job.

Well they said they did all they could with the stock parts... So does that still leave any room for toe play or do I still need to get a camber kit?

You can still get toe adjustment done and this will reduce the inner wear. The other thing that can be done to give you a little more life to your tires is to flip them. Not to rotate the tires, but to actually remove the tires from the wheel and flip them so the worn side is on the outside. OF course, you can only do this if the inner tire is not totally shot. Then, I would not recommend it.

Making hard/sharp corner turns at high speeds will definitely wear out the inside of your front tires. That is the main issue that causes inside front tire wear.

That might be your problem so slow down on turns & cornering!

I have the same problem as well. But i have and 05 w/stock sports suspension. and oem 19's. Should i get a front camber kit as well or just find a more reputable alignment shop? I got an alignment five months ago and bought new tires but now im back in the same boat.

And the alignment shop could not get my camber out of the negative.

Adjustable front control arms will do the trick, then get an alignment. They couldn't get mine perfectly aligned, but its close enough.

The front inside tires of the 03-07 G35 Coupes will wear prematurely with the standard suspension setup. Once lowered, it's more extensive. A camber kit is absolutely necessary once lowering our cars.
