^Oh yeah i wasn't saying they are shiit wheels, they're pretty nice, was just saying that their quality isn't as great as a 2pc forged wheel so it's obviously gonna be alot cheaper than a 1pc cast!

Meh...I can live with that. What I can't live with is paying $4000 for a set of wheels.

I never said you sell Chikara wheels masked as Linea wheels...I said that I wouldn't doubt that they both came from the same manufacturer ( unless YOU are the ones that actually MAKE the wheels in house ).

Either way, the original question was...

Regardless, why would you think one is better than the other?
Whether they are the same or not I really don't care...but what exactly makes them different ( other than brand? ).

The lips ARE different, the inner barrells are sprayed black NS if lineas come like this or not it was just an observation, u can get the Chikaras with BBS center caps, those are the main differences off the top of my head. Honestly the quality of these seems to be alot better than the Linea corsas, not to mention they wind up being about 4-500 cheaper than lineas since the chikaras are on special pricing till november 1st

whats so blatant about them? replace the center cap with a BBS one and your golden. not everyone has 5500 to drop on BBS rims and tires for a daily driver. I can afford it i just cant justify it, it i was tracking my car and had a garage i guess id have a different mindset, but NJ potholes deter me from spending a lot of money on wheels.

They are not made by the same manufacture. We visit our manufacture often and we know exactly what wheels they make. Chikara wheels are manufactured in Taiwan, Linea Corse wheels are not..

The quality seems to be better? So you have put a Linea Corse Wheel side by side the Chikara wheel? So you have witnessed the manufacturing process of both companies? So you have done thorough strength testing of both products?

I am very curious as to what makes them a better quality wheel other than "assumptions".

Blatant as in unmistakably obvious.

I have zero respect for companies that just blatantly steal designs. I know its tough to be original these days, but there still are some companies that at least try to come up with their own designs rather than copy-->paste.

Anyhow, it's purely my own subjective point of view. Hence, useless to argue about it.

If I wanted to buy inexpensive wheels, I would support a company with some ethics.

+1. Doesn't seem practical but on the other hand, "You get what you pay for."
Regardless, They're nice rims for the money. Slap a BBS center cap and you wouldn't know the difference unless you closely inspect it. Would be nice though if you can design some wheels yourself. CONCAVE with a LIP!
