one new tire w/ three used tires? (winter setup)

I purchased a set of used (auction states 2000 miles) Blizzak LM25 tires on ebay. However, the seller gave me three 245/40/19 tires and one 225/40/19 tire. I'm going to file a dispute, but it's probably going to end in me having to ship the tires back to him, which will be bucks out of my pocket for shipping. So I'm searching for one 225/40 tire (preferably used). My backup plan is to go with Tirerack. The LM25 are on closeout so it's an option that I don't mind going to. However, my concern is, any issues with having one new (winter tire) with three slightly used tires? Any potential wear or alignment issues?
Thanks.

Question

Another question on the same line... I ended up ordering winters as well- but only gave one tire size (the 245). I was new to the g and hadn't even realized the fronts were 225s. Frick.

Anyways... is this a big deal or should I be okay?

You'll be fine. The tires I have on my car that came from the dealer/old owner are all 245/35-20, the fronts arent smaller, but it doesnt drive any different.
