I have found this set of 4 wheels, OEm 19 " on craigslist. Three of them have curb rashes( not terrible). Tires pretty much need to be changed. According to the owner they do have TPMS. He's come down to $600.
1. Is this a good price?
2. How would you know if the TPMS is there and is functional before buying/installing?
Here is the pictures of the three wheels that have the rash. fourth one is healthy. Also a picture of the condition of the tires.

From the looks of it, I see the TPMS there. $600 is a crazy deal for these even with bad tires.
