quick question about sedan fitment
It might depend on what tire you're going to run. The narrowest tire that will work on a 9.5" wheel is maybe a 235. The attached pic shows a 245 on a Sedan with 18x8 +30 Coupe wheels. I haven't measured it, but I've got maybe a half inch between tires and suspension. You'd be just a tad closer than I am (+.75" wheel width, -10mm offset, -5mm tire width, net about +.15" closer). Running anything wider will only make it worse.
I think the real problem is going to be on the outside. I'm pretty close to flush, but you'll be about an inch farther out than me (+.75" wheel width, +10mm offset, -5mm tire width, net +.95").

to answer your question, no it will not hit the suspension, your fender and your liner on the other hand might have some conern.
Low offsets push the wheel away from the suspension, not closer. Just like anything else, if you're low a stretch and some camber will make it fit, maybe need a fender pull as well. wait for more the experienced sedan guys to chime in before you make a decision though.
