Curbed OEM (chrome) 19" repair?

When I picked up my '06 G35c, the rear driver's side wheel was curbed on the outer lip. It is rough to the touch. Is this repairable? What are some general/common rates for wheel repair and re-chrome?

Thanks,

pics would help..as far as repair, there are many methods, most common includes sanding the wheel with numerous grades of sand paper either by hand or using a balancing machine, grades vary from 120-2000 gritt staring out wih 120 ..as far as a rechrome youll need one..use search option or simply google rim repair
