hey guys, i just noticed that the outer of my front tires are not worn out right. it seems like its bouncing because the tire seems something like this

not that bad but its like it cuz i slide my hand through the tires and its bumpy... now my car doesnt steer to the left while driving.. its a nice straight drive... would could be causing this?
