g35 coupe 03 tire help

I got a g35 coupe 03 and I need new tires but I would like to change the brand and (or) model "I don't know" that I got right now becouse I wasn't that happy with then. They are too noising and not last longer enough just around 15k milles. Talking about Yokohama es100 avs. Front size: 225/45zr18 91 w and back size: 245/45zr18 100w. I really apreciate any advice tip or help to choise the right tire brand and (or) model and (or) size to stop or reduce the noise level and live longer. Thx a lot!

Everyone has their own opinion on which tires are best. Check out TIRERACK.com, only consider tires with a wear rating between 240 and 300. Anything higher and you'll lose traction and drive ability. I only buy Michelins, Tirerack should be able to help you with brand selection....remember what I mentioned about wear ratings 240 to 300! That will double the wear you're currently getting from your tires.... Also you can run 245s front and rear, allows for a more stable ride!

Smile Tire help

Hi, since we are talking about tires, I have to change the tires on my 2003 G35 coupe this year (18 inches). These will be my 3rd set. I had Michelin Pilots that wear out way to fast, and my last set were Toyo's that were better but noisy once they were have way down. I checked out a site called Discount Tire and found great reviews on this tire...
Continental ExtremeContact DWS....Rated Z AND WEAR RATING OF 540 AA....I never owned a set of Continentals. Does anyone have an opinion for me??? THE REVIEWS ARE ALL 5 STAR

Also, are you sure you can go with the 245s in the front also. I thought the front rims were to narrow for that size??? I want larger tires in the front and I was told that the largest I can put is 235/40R18 to match the ratio of the 225/45R18.

I willl be running 245 45 18 all around this coming summer, because i already have them and don't want to buy tires again. i started another thread asking about this and some people are running them with no problems.
Only issue is that the speedometer will be about 2% faster e.g your usual 96km an hour will be about 98km an hour because the tire is abit taller.
